AST processes millions of claims payments, stewarding hundreds of millions of dollars of public funds, while maintaining payroll for 3,000 Team Members. AST is in a unique position to offer valuable insights into IEHP’s ability to reach its aggressive operational objectives ensuring its Members, Community, Team Members, and Provider Network are best served.
To achieve this, IEHP intends to establish that the AST has an adequate number of qualified Team Members, an appropriate organizational structure, effective leadership, efficient processes, optimal utilization of technology, and successful partnerships/collaborations with other groups and departments.
