You’ll have your own care team and coordinator working together to manage your health services. We make sure that you’re getting the care you deserve.

Plan benefits

Low or no cost

IEHP DualChoice is a low or no-cost health coverage program for qualified low-income California residents. Important services like doctor visits, inpatient hospital care and lab tests are fully covered to support your well-being.

Informed care team

Your medications and test results are shared with your care team, so all your providers will be on the same page. No need for you to remind, remember or get caught up in any red tape.

Full coverage

Our plan includes doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, vision care, long-term care, behavioral health and more. Covered drugs can have as low as a $0 copay. 

IEHP member gets free perscription

Transportation service

We’ll take you where you need to go. Our plan provides no-cost, round-trip rides to:

  • Your primary care doctor
  • Medical specialists
  • Urgent care clinics
  • Dental, mental health and substance use services

 

To set up your rides:

 

Give us a call Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Who is eligible?

  • Adults 21 and older
  • Have both Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B
  • Are currently eligible for Medi-Cal
  • Adults who live in our service area
  • Are a full-benefit, dual-eligible beneficiary
  • People who are currently eligible for Medi-Cal
  • Enrolled in IEHP DualChoice for your Medicare benefits and Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) for your Medi-Cal benefits
