To prepare for the opening of a new Community Wellness Center in San Bernardino, IEHP is closing current programming and classes at the 806 W. Second St. location, beginning Friday, October 10.

The center will remain open only for mobile clinics on select days of the week until the end of the year.

IEHP members interested in scheduling a Well Care Visit during our mobile clinics may do so by calling 1-866-228-4347.

We are located in the Marshalls Plaza, right off I-215.

Take the I-215 Freeway towards San Bernandino. Take exit 43 and continue on West Second Street. We are located in the far-back right corner of the Marshalls Plaza next to Double Bargain.
