Residents of Loma Linda are living ten years longer than the national average, and it all has to do with adapting to a healthier lifestyle.

On this episode of the Covering Your Health podcast, host Evelyn Erives is joined by Erin Edwards, executive director of The Blue Zones Project Riverside, to dive into the group’s mission and how little changes can make a big difference.
