How to get started with Mail Order Pharmacy

For IEHP DualChoice members

1. Call SortPak Customer Service at 1-877-570-7787 and chat with a SortPak Patient Enrollment Specialist.

2. Give the SortPak Enrollment Specialist a list of all your meds, pharmacies and doctors’ names.

3. Wait for your meds to arrive via mail.
