“Covering Your Health” welcomes Hollywood power couple Boris Kodjoe and Nicole Ari Parker to its podcast family with a lively episode on how to incorporate health and well-being into a busy schedule.

As the stars of shows such as ABC’s “Station 19” and Max’s “And Just Like That…”, Kodjoe and Parker use their platform and portfolio of characters to highlight the stories and realities of life for the African American community. During their off time, the couple profile their daily lives and charitable work on social media and enjoy spending time with their two children, Sophie and Nicolas.
