Learn what it takes to create champions on and off the field on the latest episode of the Covering Your Health podcast with Evelyn Erives.

Erives is joined by Nick Rogers, head coach of Cajon High School’s football program, to discuss the in-and-outs of the program, how he works with the team and his plans for future successes. Rogers is also a Cajon alumnus, who returned to coach and teach for the Cowboys after graduating with a degree in kinesiology from Cal State San Bernardino.
