IEHP San Bernardino Wellness Center closes programming, new location to open in 2026

To prepare for the opening of a new Community Wellness Center in San Bernardino, Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is closing current programming and classes at the 806 W. Second St. location, beginning Friday, October 10.

 

The center will remain open only for mobile clinics on select days of the week until the end of the year.

 

IEHP Members interested in scheduling a Well Care Visit during our mobile clinics may do so by calling 1-866-228-4347.

 

The new San Bernardino Community Wellness Center at 2050 N. Massachusetts Ave. will open in 2026. Stay tuned for more information about a community grand opening.

 

IEHP’s Victorville and Riverside Community Wellness Centers at 12353 Mariposa Road, Suites C2 and C3 and 3590 Tyler St., respectively, will continue to be a resource to the community, with no changes to operations and services.
