Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) has extended the deadline to submit nominations for the 2026 Living the Mission Awards from Jan. 31 to Feb. 13.

Nominations may be submitted in three categories: the Inspire Award, the Vibrant Health Award, and the Creativity & Innovation Award. Each award recognizes the contributions from individuals and community organizations that embody the health plan’s mission to heal and inspire the human spirit.

“IEHP’s Living the Mission Awards is driven by the community, and we hope extending the nomination window allows for more time to recognize those driving forward better health outcomes for the entire region,” said IEHP Vice President of Mission Sandy Wyman.

Recipients are announced at the health plan’s annual Mission Conference on May 1 at IEHP headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga. The event offers health care leaders from across the state a collaborative forum for improving care in the region. The awards, including two Optimal Care Award winners, are presented at the close of the conference. Optimal Care Award winners are selected based upon the health plan’s review of clinical outcome data.

A full list of award criteria, nomination forms and past winner profiles can be found at livingthemissionawards.iehp.org. For questions or more information, send an email to livingthemissionawards@iehp.org.
