On the season two finale of the Covering Your Health podcast, host Evelyn Erives is joined by Elizabeth “Rocket” Frederick-Daraghy to share how the Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio Council is shaping future leaders through its programs that build courage, confidence and character.

As the organization’s senior director of programming, Frederick-Daraghy gives us an inside look at how the council connects area Girl Scouts to resources that lead to healthy, empowering futures, from teaching them entrepreneurial skills through annual cookie sales to summer camp experiences.

Plus, learn how you can get involved in the Girl Scouts’ mission by volunteering as a troop leader or donating to the cause.
