We received Health Equity Accreditation by the NCQA, becoming one of two public health plans in the state to earn the designation. NCQA awards this accreditation to organizations that meet or exceed its rigorous requirements for health equity.

The California Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) presented us with their Innovation Award for our Medi-Cal Primary Care Physician Auto-Assignment Redesign and many other efforts over the years. In fact, DHCS has honored us more than any other health plan in California.

We earned an overall rating of 4 out of 5 stars in the NCQA’s Medicaid Health Plan Ratings, our highest score to date.

We achieved a 99th percentile national ranking in overall satisfaction based on a provider experience survey conducted by Press Ganey.
