For three decades, Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) has proudly served the people of Riverside and San Bernardino counties. What began in 1996 with 60,000 members has become a vibrant community of 1.4 million people who trust us with their health. Across the nation, IEHP is one of the top five largest Medicaid health plans and the largest publicly operated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (for those with both Medicare and Medicaid). IEHP is also the lowest-cost Silver plan in the region for Covered California.

Throughout our growth, one thing has stayed the same: our commitment to improving access, advancing quality and supporting the overall well‑being of the region we call home.
