IEHP DualChoice (HMO D-SNP) Vibrant Health Program

Use your supplemental benefits with your Vibrant Health Debit Card

As an IEHP DualChoice member, you can get your over-the-counter health and wellness products paid for using the Vibrant Health Debit Card. And, if you qualify for the utilities benefit, you can use the same card for both.

How the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefit Works:

Get Paid Every Quarter

You get $40 per quarter (every 3 months) to buy select OTC health and wellness products, such as vitamins, pain relievers, cold medicine, first-aid supplies and more.

Max $40 Prefilled Card

Every quarter, the prepaid Vibrant Health Debit Card will be refilled to the maximum amount of $40. The card will never have more than $40 on it, even if it is not fully used.

Locations throughout the IE

Use your Vibrant Health Debit Card to purchase select items at participating stores, such as Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, Albertsons, Kroger, Walmart and more.

Utilities Benefits

With the Vibrant Health Utilities Benefit, IEHP DualChoice members who qualify for Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI), get $65 per month via the Vibrant Health Debit Card to help pay for utilities, such as gas, electricity, sanitation and water.

Call the phone number 1-866-898-9795 on your card and follow the instructions. If you need help, please call IEHP DualChoice member services. 

You can check your balance on the IEHP Secure Member Portal at IEHP.org.

You can purchase health and wellness products, like allergy, sinus, cold and flu, pain relief, dental and oral health, diabetes care, digestive health, eye and ear care, skin and foot care, sleep aids, smoking cessation, supports, braces and wraps, COVID-19 over-the-counter tests and more.

 

You can also download the IEHP Vibrant Health app and use the product scanner to scan items you are unsure about.

All products are subject to each stores’ return/exchange policies.

IEHP DualChoice (HMO D-SNP) is a HMO Plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in IEHP DualChoice (HMO D-SNP) depends on contract renewal.
