Complex Children and Family Services Resources

The IEHP IRC Liaison Team helps IRC and IEHP work together when there are problems coordinating a member’s care. The member must already be an IRC consumer.

Our Maternal Health program supports members who are pregnant, planning to get pregnant or in the first 12 months after giving birth.

Our team helps arrange services and care with:

• Prenatal and postpartum specialists
• Behavioral health providers
• Doulas
• Other support as needed

The Open Access program is for children and youth in foster care. This program lets them see any doctor in the IEHP Open Access network.

We support members and their foster families by:

• Explaining their benefits
• Arranging their care
• Managing their case

The SKI team helps children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities (differences in learning and growing).

We help members and their families by:

• Offering resources
• Explaining their benefits
• Arranging their care
• Managing their case

CCS is a state program for children and young adults up to age 21 who have certain health conditions or long-term needs. IEHP’s CCS team connects members to providers who are trained to care for children with special healthcare needs.

This program supports children and teens with complex behavioral health needs or eating disorders.
