We’ve been serving our vibrant Inland Empire community since 1996. Over the decades, we’ve grown to over 1.4 million members, about one-third of the IE’s population. From San Bernardino to the High Desert, members choose us year after year because we listen and connect them to the right care and local health resources.

 

Are you having trouble figuring out the health care system? You’re welcome to join a no-cost health education class at one of our Community Wellness Centers. Are you too overwhelmed to plan doctors’ visits? We’ll set up a care team to give you one-on-one support. Health care is personal — whatever your need is, we’re ready to help every step of the way.
