Take a few minutes to set up your member portal account. The member portal gives you 24/7 self-service access to your health records, benefits and services.

If you want a printed copy of the Member Handbook or Provider Directory, call us at 1-877-273-IEHP (4347), 8 a.m.-8 p.m. (PST), seven days a week, including holidays.
For TTY, call 1-800-718-4347.
We’ll mail it out to you within three business days of your request. Also, let us know if you’d like the materials in another language.
