Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)

This yearlong, online lifestyle change program helps people at risk of diabetes make lasting changes. Studies have shown that those who finish the program can lose weight and prevent type 2 diabetes.

During the first six months, you’ll meet weekly with a small online group to learn how to make healthy choices. In the second half, you’ll meet monthly to practice what you’ve learned.

With the support of a health coach, this program teaches you how to:

  • Make healthy food choices.
  • Add movement to your day.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Improve problem-solving and coping skills.
